Here at EFAB, we are always looking for new ways to attract and develop the skills of young people.
Skills shortages in our field have been well documented in recent years, and we want to be at the forefront of addressing this issue by implementing new approaches designed to bring young minds into our industry while helping to future-proof ourselves and the professions we support.
We were fortunate to add a number of talented young people to our team in December and January, with apprenticeships, upskilling programmes, and development schemes designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills they will need to succeed with their long term career goals.
