HEALTH & WELLBEING

Work is a major part of our lives. We spend a lot of time at work, it’s where we earn our income, and often where we make our friends and connections. Fulfilment at work can be good for our mental health but we all have times when life gets on top of us – sometimes work-related, sometimes not.

People are at the heart of EFAB, and we are passionate that we look for ways to protect our people’s mental health at work, and create a workplace where everyone can thrive – this is why the Company is committed to supporting employees in a number of different ways, including mental health awareness campaigns, mental health toolbox talks, presentations, initiatives to improve mental health awareness, and mental health temperature checks, which allow employees to give anonymous feedback to the Company about how we can better promote good mental health.
