We know that piping systems, steelwork and modules are the backbone of any construction project. That’s why we dedicate our manufacturing and construction facilities to the manufacture and assembly of piping systems, steelwork and modules.

We offer high levels of safety and a track record of delivery, flexibility and responsiveness to our clients’ needs, regardless of the scale and complexity of the task in hand. Our extensive experience in designing, supplying, manufacturing and testing pipework across all size ranges, materials and specifications means that we can meet your needs no matter how complex they are.

Our fabrication department routinely fabricates materials made from carbon and stainless steels, as well as duplex and super duplex stainless steels, hastelloy and aluminium alloys, inconel and cupronickel alloys. We are also able to process ABS, PVC, GRP and polypropylene plastics.

WHAT WE DO

We use manual and semi-automatic welding processes including GTAW, SMAW, FCAW and SAW to build our products. This is important because it ensures that every product we make meets with the highest standards of quality control, as well as international standards for safety and environmental sustainability.

Our products are rigorously built and inspected in accordance with ISO 9001 quality systems and industrial standards. They are certified in accordance with PED and other recognized international standards—you can be sure they’ll last!

OUR FACILITIES

We have the facilities and space to deal with multiple packages of work for our customers, and our large assembly yards in Immingham (covering 14 acres) allows us the flexibility to construct and securely store multiple modules prior to delivery for installation.

Our structural steelwork service is led by a team of highly experienced engineers who are capable of designing, manufacturing, installing, inspecting and commissioning structural steelwork projects certified to Execution Class 1, 2 and 3 (EXC 1, 2 and 3).
