PROCESS & PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEERING
Our Process and Process Safety Engineering Team work in partnership with our clients to understand and evaluate plant and process performance, define problems, develop potential solutions and identify opportunities. We can take this information and create business cases, potential project scopes and priorities for investment.
The Process and Process Safety team spearhead the creation of complete engineering packages which takes the proposed solution to the point where investment decisions can be made and sufficient detail, quality of design and risks are defined to enable the execution phase of the project.

3D LASER SCANNING AND MODELLING
Our state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning technology enables engineers to accurately and efficiently survey complex areas containing steelwork, pipework, buildings, equipment and cable runs to an accuracy of 3mm.
Multiple scans are taken outside and stitched together using specialist software. The resulting Point Cloud contains all data collected, represented by billions of dots. By selecting the appropriate elements, designers can produce highly accurate 3D images and models without the need to return to site.
Not only does laser scanning provide more comprehensive and accurate data than previously possible, but the work can also be done in a fraction of the time with no need for the humble tape measure.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
With a dedicated electrical division, EFAB delivers complete engineering solutions for all electrical studies and design.
Not only do we have the capability for full and comprehensive design, our engineers are also experienced site engineers who can cover a multitude of aspects from fault finding to final commissioning.
